Services CSP Tournament Management Can Provide:

Recruit teams in all age groups for the tournament.
CSP has an up to date existing database of just travel coaches and managers to utilize in the marketing process. CSP also has a list of DOC’s and Executive Directors for event use. CSP uses these long standing connections within the soccer community to recruit the top level teams for your tournament. Since our staff has played, coached, and refereed at the region’s top levels, we know what it takes to draw the most competitive teams. Price is a factor and CSP works hard to remain competitive while putting out an enhanced product.

Compose all schedules for all age groups.
We take the work out of hosting a tournament. We rely on our experience and knowledge to create a fair and competitive tournament. We use our contact with the teams to make a workable and impartial schedule for both in-state and out-of-state.

Handle all applications and will be the only contact between teams and tournament.
Through the use of our website, we can be the center point for your tournament. We will allow you to work for you club/organization instead of wading through the tournament details. We give you more time to prepare your team for play and not have to worry with the administrative tasks of the tournament.

Handle all paperwork involved with getting permission to host the tournament and insurance.
The hassle of hosting a tournament comes with all the paper work that goes with it. Many states require permission to host a tournament, as well as field and vending permits, plus insurance documentation. CSP is experienced in handling all of these areas, and knows who to contact regarding them.

Contact with Referee Assignor.
Since we have certified referees and an assignor on staff we have great access to the top level referees. We are constant contact with assignors, referees, and the governing bodies for each sport.

Registration Process.
In our management function we will handle registration for you tournament. CSP will take care of everything from making arrangements for the registration location, paperwork, checking player eligibility and to distributing tournament materials and schedules.

Handle all standings and scoring systems for the tournament.
CSP will handle all game day management so you may enjoy your teams’ games. CSP will be the tournament directors and administer any game day rulings or judgments as well as settle all disputes. We will maintain the standings and schedule for all fields and location. CSP will organize and run the tournament headquarters to answer all inquiries from fans, teams, press, or recruiters.

Provide Logos and Promote Preorders & Sales of Merchandise
Selling tournament merchandise is a major revenue generator and needs to be handled properly. It also provides marketing opportunities. A new logo each year makes the event fresh. CSP can set up your volunteers for success through CSP store fronts that funnel sales and improve your bottom line profit.

Make all the arrangements for Awards (1st & 2nd place).
We will arrange for all awards and prizes for the tournaments, whether it be trophies, shirts, or medals. The awards presentations are an important piece that needs to be organized and remembered. CSP will help your club prepare for the awards presentations.

Contact Vendors and Soccer Retail Stores
It is very important to leave a lasting memory with tournament participants. What better way than dressing up your event. CSP has an established list of vendors for food, sporting goods, pictures, etc. CSP is able to draw off of these established relationships or can use vendors that your organization has previously used as well. CSP can assist with signage as well.

Staff tournament workers
On the tournament weekends CSP provides site coordinators to ensure a smooth running event. CSP will train your field marshalls prior to the tournament to collect the scores from the officials, make sure the games run smoothly and on time and to deal with any sort of situations that should arise, whether it be call in the tournament director, referee assignor or team.

Assist in the Arrangement of Tournament Photographer/Videographer
With the evolution of the modern tournament and the importance of social media tournaments must keep up with the times. Providing action shots and uploading videos helps promote the event and capture precious moments during the event. Usually clubs are too busy focusing on running the event that the little details get lost. CSP can supply people to act on these marketing opportunities.

Provide a Housing Service with Tournament Hotel Cancellation Insurance
CSP currently has a contract with OuterZone Sports, a tournament housing company. OuterZone Sports assists with all travel and hotel needs - hotel lists, map and ability to make an on-line reservation form right from their site. OuterZone Sports places local information about the area, directions, weather and more on their website. OuterZone Sports also carries hotel tournament cancellation insurance for teams, if inclement weather forces the event to cancel. Most importantly, there is a commission for the club for using this service.
